Develop, maintain, and support integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite. Gather and analyze integration requirements from business and technical stakeholders. Build and support interfaces connecting SAP and various third-party applications, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur, and non-SAP systems. Configure integrations, develop message mappings, routing logic, and data transformations. Monitor integration interfaces, proactively resolve failures, and perform root cause analysis for integration issues. Support API-based integrations and web service implementations, participating in SIT, UAT, and deployment activities. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and support materials. Collaborate effectively with SAP functional and technical teams to deliver integration solutions and manage incident resolution in production environments.

A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite or related middleware technologies is essential. Demonstrate hands-on expertise in iFlow Development, Message Mapping, Integration Monitoring, and Exception Handling. Possess a strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, OData Services, XML, JSON, IDoc Concepts, and RFC Concepts. Proven experience integrating SAP and non-SAP applications is required. Basic knowledge of Groovy Scripting, XSLT Mapping, Security Certificates, and OAuth Authentication is necessary. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting, are vital for success.
