Lead technical workstreams for SAP S/4HANA implementations, delivering solutions with ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP. Design, develop, and implement complex SAP applications using RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, and APIs. Architect enterprise-grade technical solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices. Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Develop and support custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and integration components. Drive technical design reviews, code quality assessments, and performance optimization. Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and go-live activities. Enhance SAP Fiori applications and user experiences using SAP UI5 and modern S/4HANA frameworks. Leverage SAP BTP services for innovative solutions. Prepare technical specifications and documentation. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.

Requires a minimum of 7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA technologies. Proven experience in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation projects is essential. Must possess strong expertise in ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP. Hands-on experience with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, and APIs is required. Proficiency in object-oriented ABAP, enhancement frameworks, BAdIs, user exits, RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, and integration technologies is expected. Experience in performance tuning, debugging, root cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting is necessary. Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable SAP solutions aligned with SAP Clean Core and S/4HANA best practices is crucial. Experience collaborating with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements is key. Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, testing, cutover, and go-live support activities is needed. Proven experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is vital.
