You'll be instrumental in developing and enhancing SAP Fiori applications, leveraging SAP BTP services, and preparing critical technical documentation. Lead technical workstreams for SAP S/4HANA implementations using ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP. Design, develop, and implement complex SAP applications with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, and APIs. Architect enterprise-grade technical solutions aligned with business needs and SAP best practices. Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders for end-to-end solution delivery. Develop and support custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, APIs, and integration components. Drive technical design reviews, code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to SAP development standards. Support data migration, testing cycles (SIT, UAT), defect resolution, cutover, and hypercare. Develop and enhance SAP Fiori apps using SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, and modern S/4HANA frameworks. Utilize SAP BTP services for innovative and future-ready SAP solutions. Prepare technical specifications, architecture documents, and development standards. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.

Requires 7+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise. Proven experience in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including at least one end-to-end implementation. Strong command over ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP. Demonstrated experience developing RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, and APIs. Proficiency in object-oriented ABAP, enhancement frameworks, BAdIs, user exits, RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, and integration technologies. Experience in performance tuning, debugging, root cause analysis, code optimization, and technical troubleshooting. Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable SAP solutions adhering to SAP Clean Core and S/4HANA best practices. Experience collaborating with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions. Solid understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, testing, cutover planning, and go-live support. Proven experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
