This position is integral to our Enterprise Technology & Performance team, where technology serves as the engine for functional excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Lead technical workstreams for Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, delivering high-performance solutions using ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP. Design and develop complex SAP applications with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, APIs, and HANA-optimized techniques.

Architect enterprise-grade solutions aligning with business needs and SAP best practices. Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders for end-to-end delivery. Develop and support custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and integration components.

Drive technical reviews, code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to SAP standards. Support data migration, testing cycles (SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and go-live activities. Enhance SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5 and modern frameworks. Leverage SAP BTP services for innovative solutions.

Prepare technical specifications and architecture documents. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams to drive continuous improvement in SAP development practices.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, with substantial expertise in SAP S/4HANA technologies, is essential. Proven experience in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including at least one full end-to-end cycle, is required.

Demonstrate strong expertise in ABAP on HANA, RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model), CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP. Possess hands-on experience with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements applications, CDS Annotations, AMDP procedures, APIs, and HANA-native solutions.

Experience with object-oriented ABAP, enhancement frameworks, BAdIs, user exits, RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, and integration technologies is crucial. Proficiency in performance tuning, debugging, root cause analysis, code optimization, and technical troubleshooting in complex SAP landscapes is expected.

Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable SAP solutions adhering to SAP Clean Core and S/4HANA best practices. Experience collaborating with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical designs. Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, testing, cutover planning, and go-live support is necessary.

Proven experience in leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers, along with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, will set candidates apart. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required. SAP S/4HANA Development, SAP ABAP, SAP BTP, or SAP Fiori certification is preferred.
