Lead technical workstreams for Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, creating scalable solutions using ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, and SAP Fiori. Design and develop complex SAP applications, architecting enterprise-grade solutions that meet business needs and SAP best practices.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, develop custom reports, enhancements, and integrations. Drive technical design reviews, code quality, and performance optimization. Support the entire project lifecycle, from data migration and testing to go-live and hypercare.

Develop and enhance SAP Fiori applications and user experiences. Leverage SAP BTP services for innovative solutions. Prepare technical documentation and provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers.

This role requires 7+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA technologies and proven success in at least one end-to-end Greenfield implementation.

Expertise in ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP is essential. Candidates must have hands-on experience with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, and HANA-native solutions.

Strong object-oriented ABAP skills, experience with enhancement frameworks, performance tuning, debugging, and a solid understanding of SAP implementation methodologies are crucial. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
