Lead technical workstreams for SAP S/4HANA implementations, focusing on solutions using ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP. Design and develop complex SAP applications with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, and HANA-optimized techniques. Architect enterprise-grade technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and SAP best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for end-to-end solution delivery. Develop and support custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, APIs, and integration components.

Drive technical design reviews, code quality assessments, and performance optimization. Support data migration, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and hypercare. Enhance SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5 and modern frameworks. Leverage SAP BTP services for innovative solutions. Prepare technical specifications and documentation. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.

Requires 7+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA technologies and proven experience in Greenfield implementations. Essential skills include ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP. Hands-on experience with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, APIs, and HANA-native solutions is critical. Proficiency in object-oriented ABAP, enhancement frameworks, BAdIs, user exits, RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, and integration technologies is required.

Experience in performance tuning, debugging, code optimization, and technical troubleshooting is vital. Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable SAP solutions adhering to SAP Clean Core and S/4HANA best practices is necessary. Experience collaborating with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions is expected. Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, testing, cutover planning, and go-live support is a must. Proven experience in leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is required; certifications are a plus.
