Our Enterprise Technology & Performance team is the engine powering functional excellence and long-term growth, going beyond mere operational support.

Lead technical workstreams for Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, creating scalable solutions with ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, and SAP BTP. Architect enterprise-grade technical solutions aligned with business needs and SAP best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions. Develop and support custom reports, enhancements, APIs, and integrations. Drive technical design reviews, code quality, and performance optimization. Support testing cycles, defect resolution, and go-live activities. Enhance SAP Fiori applications and leverage SAP BTP services for innovative solutions. Prepare technical specifications and documentation. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.

A minimum of 7 years of extensive SAP ABAP development experience, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA technologies. Proven track record in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including at least one full end-to-end cycle. Expertise in ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP is essential. Demonstrated experience with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, APIs, and HANA-native development. Proficiency in object-oriented ABAP, enhancement frameworks, and integration technologies. Strong skills in performance tuning, debugging, and technical troubleshooting. Ability to design secure, scalable, and maintainable SAP solutions adhering to SAP Clean Core principles. Experience collaborating with functional teams and business users to translate requirements into technical designs. Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, testing, cutover planning, and go-live support. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are required.
