Design and develop scalable SAP technical solutions based on business requirements. Develop and maintain RICEFW objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Utilize Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), BAPIs, BAdIs, and various enhancement techniques for custom development. Create and support interactive reports, ALV reports, and output management solutions using Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts. Build integrations between SAP and external systems using IDocs, RFCs, ALE, Web Services, and APIs. Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and code optimization to ensure system stability and efficiency. Collaborate with functional consultants across modules like MM, SD, FICO, and PP to deliver integrated solutions. Support all phases of the project lifecycle, from testing and deployment to go-live and post-production support. Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required. Possess 2-4 years of direct SAP ABAP development experience. Demonstrate strong proficiency in ABAP Programming, Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), Data Dictionary, Module Pool Programming, and ALV Reporting. Exhibit hands-on experience with Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, and Workflow developments. Showcase solid knowledge of BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, Enhancement Framework, RFCs, IDocs, and ALE technologies. Experience developing and supporting RICEFW objects in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments is essential. Familiarity with SAP integration concepts and development lifecycle processes is expected.

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA development concepts such as CDS Views, OData Services, AMDP, SAP Fiori integration, and RAP Framework is highly desirable. Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), and SAP Integration Suite (CPI) would be an advantage. Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
