As an Analyst in our Consulting practice, your responsibilities will include providing project management and policy advisory support. You will also assist in designing investment promotion activities and preparing Standard Operating Procedures for exploration and mineral administration.

Key duties involve driving requirement clarifications for reports, integrating business needs into technical solution designs, and estimating effort for these solutions. You will contribute to functional specification development from a technical design perspective and develop reports and visualizations based on technical designs. Performing prototyping and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to support requirements definition and executing unit tests with defect resolution and hyper care are also core aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a B.Com and CFA qualification, along with 0-2 years of relevant work experience. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.

Experience working with clients in the mining and metals sector is highly desirable. Preferred areas of experience include Business and Corporate Strategy, Operations Improvement, Cost Reduction, Market Assessment, Digital Interventions, and Bid Advisory. This role is open to freshers with a foundational understanding and a willingness to learn.
