Establish and manage comprehensive programme governance structures, including reporting cadences, dashboards, RAID logs, and status updates. Prepare insightful, executive-level reporting packs to communicate key program metrics and progress. Monitor critical milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution. Support capacity versus demand planning across various technical and non-technical workstreams. Maintain accurate resource allocation trackers and utilization reports. Collaborate with internal and client resourcing teams for efficient talent deployment. Identify potential skill gaps and proactively flag capacity risks to leadership. Facilitate key governance forums and steering committee meetings. Ensure alignment across delivery, staffing, and commercial objectives. Assist with budget tracking and burn-rate analysis, highlighting variances against the plan. Maintain and actively track RAID logs, escalating issues with data-driven insights and proposed solutions.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required for this role. Possess 0-3 years of experience in PMO or programme support capacities. Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale transformation or technology programs is essential. Familiarity with resource planning and allocation management is highly valued. Strong experience in reporting and governance management practices. Proven ability to work effectively in client-facing environments. Excellent analytical and structured thinking capabilities. Outstanding stakeholder communication and influencing skills are a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools is required. Experience with project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, or Clarity is beneficial. Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently in a fast-paced setting. Commercial awareness and an understanding of resource utilization. Mandatory certifications include Certified Scrum Master and PMP. Flexibility to work in overlapping or global shift timings, as needed, potentially up to 10 PM IST.
