Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as an Analyst in Ahmedabad. This role is instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation through robust financial systems. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements for financial planning and reporting. You will configure and develop solutions within OneStream, creating essential components like Cube Views, Dashboards, Forms, and Business Rules, often utilizing VB.NET. Your role will involve writing and optimizing SQL queries for data management and reporting, alongside supporting data integrations and performing thorough data validation.

You'll also be involved in designing and maintaining OneStream dimensions, hierarchies, and workflows. Developing user-friendly dashboards and reports to meet business needs is crucial. Troubleshooting application, calculation, and data load issues, along with performing root-cause analysis, will be a regular part of your duties. Furthermore, you'll execute various testing phases, prepare technical documentation, and assist with application deployments and maintenance.

Providing production support, responding to user inquiries, and identifying opportunities for process automation to enhance OneStream solutions are also key aspects of this role. Adherence to development standards, testing procedures, and security guidelines is expected.

We require candidates with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in OneStream, EPM, FP&A systems, or related technology areas, with a strong focus on OneStream development and application support. Essential technical skills include proficiency with OneStream XF components such as Cube Views, Dashboards, Business Rules, Data Management, and Workflow. A solid understanding of VB.NET and object-oriented programming is necessary, alongside strong SQL Server and SQL query knowledge.

Functional expertise in FP&A processes, financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting is highly valued. You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with good written and verbal communication abilities. The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams is vital. Experience working with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Controllership teams is preferred.
