Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team to drive functional excellence and innovation. This role focuses on enhancing financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting capabilities through advanced technology solutions.

We are seeking a motivated Analyst to contribute to our finance transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in configuring, developing, and supporting our OneStream EPM system, ensuring seamless integration with financial processes and delivering actionable insights.

Configure and develop OneStream solutions to meet intricate business requirements, including Cube Views, Dashboards, Forms, and Business Rules using VB.NET. Develop and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting. Support data integration, validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure financial data integrity. Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support testing phases. Prepare technical documentation and assist with application maintenance and deployments.

Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders to deliver enhancements on time. Provide production support, respond to user inquiries, and adhere to development and security standards. Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the OneStream platform.

A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience with OneStream, EPM systems, or financial systems is essential. Proficiency in OneStream development, including Business Rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, and Data Management, is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are necessary. The ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work effectively both independently and within a team is crucial.

Familiarity with FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes is expected. A solid understanding of financial data structures and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications are key. Experience with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or Controllership teams is highly preferred.
