Join our dynamic team as an Analyst focused on Finance Transformation. This role is central to enhancing our financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting capabilities using the OneStream platform. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that drive functional excellence and support strategic growth.

Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements for financial processes, configuring and developing solutions within OneStream, and building essential components like Cube Views, Dashboards, and Business Rules. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining OneStream Business Rules using VB.NET, writing and optimizing SQL queries, and supporting data integrations. Data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting application issues are also critical aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in OneStream, EPM, or related financial systems. A strong understanding of OneStream architecture, components, and development practices is essential. Proficiency in VB.NET and SQL Server, along with experience in data integration, validation, and troubleshooting financial systems, is required. Functional knowledge of FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes is highly desirable.
