As a OneStream Analyst, you will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing business requirements for financial planning and reporting. Your core duties will involve configuring and developing solutions within OneStream, including creating Cube Views, Dashboards, Forms, and Business Rules using VB.NET. You will also be responsible for writing and optimizing SQL queries, supporting data integrations, and performing data validation to ensure financial data accuracy. Furthermore, you will troubleshoot application issues, analyze production problems, execute various testing phases, and prepare essential technical documentation.

This role also includes supporting application deployments and maintenance, assisting with upgrades, and optimizing performance. You will collaborate closely with senior team members to deliver enhancements on time and provide production support, responding to user queries. Adherence to development standards, testing procedures, and change management processes is crucial. Identifying opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency will also be a key aspect of your contribution.

We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in OneStream, EPM, FP&A systems, or related technology areas. A solid understanding of OneStream architecture and its components, including experience with Cube Views, Dashboards, Business Rules, and Data Management, is essential. Proficiency in VB.NET, object-oriented programming concepts, and strong SQL Server knowledge are required. Familiarity with OneStream APIs like BRApi and experience in data integration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation are also important.

Functional expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes is highly valued. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You should be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams, managing multiple activities simultaneously. OneStream certification or related training and experience with ERP systems are preferred qualifications.
