Join our dynamic team as a Functional Analyst/Consultant specializing in OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications). This role is perfect for a Regulatory Reporting/Risk Analytics professional with hands-on OFSAA experience and a deep understanding of Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Liquidity Risk Management (LRM). You will be instrumental in implementing and optimizing OFSAA regulatory solutions for leading banks and financial institutions.

You will partner closely with Business and IT teams to implement, support, and enhance OFSAA solutions. Key responsibilities include leading the submission of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Design Documents across various OFSAA modules.

Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable system logic and develop comprehensive test cases. You will also perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate outputs to ensure regulatory accuracy, and write/optimize SQL queries for data validation. Ensuring data integrity and consistency across OFSAA modules, and contributing to data models, ETL processes, and reporting layers are also vital aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Risk, Finance, or Regulatory Reporting within the Banking or Upper Layer NBFC sector. A professional qualification such as CA, or an Engineering/B.Tech degree coupled with an MBA (Finance), and significant exposure to Liquidity Risk or ALM is essential.

Proven experience of 1-5 years in OFSAA/SAS implementation or management, along with strong SQL and data analysis skills, is required. Experience working with auditors and regulators, particularly with RBI exposure, is advantageous. Excellent communication and documentation skills are also a must-have for this position.
