Join our team as an Analyst specializing in OFSAA EPM, contributing to innovative enterprise technology solutions. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and supporting long-term growth within the finance and risk domains.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to partner with business and IT teams, ensuring the seamless implementation, support, and enhancement of OFSAA modules. Your expertise will be vital in translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable system logic and validating outcomes.

Key responsibilities include leading the submission of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Design Documents for various OFSAA modules. You will translate regulatory demands into system logic, build comprehensive test cases, and conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Ensure the accuracy of outputs and regulatory compliance. Optimize SQL queries for robust data validation and sanity checks, maintaining data integrity and consistency across all OFSAA modules. Contribute to data modeling, ETL processes, and the development of reporting layers.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required, alongside a minimum of 1 year of experience in Risk, Finance, or Regulatory Reporting within a Banking or Upper Layer NBFC. Candidates with a CA or Engineering background, coupled with an MBA in Finance and strong exposure to Liquidity Risk or Asset Liability Management (ALM), are highly encouraged.

Demonstrated experience of 1+ years in OFSAA/SAS implementation or management is essential, coupled with strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience working with auditors and regulators, particularly with RBI exposure, is advantageous. Excellent communication and documentation skills are a must. Exposure to OFSAA LRM Regulatory modules and certifications in Oracle, PL/SQL, or OFSAA are a plus.
