Opportunity to join a growing Oracle Fusion Finance practice as an Analyst, focusing on implementation, testing, reporting, and production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on functional expertise in core Finance processes and collaborate with seasoned Oracle consultants on client projects. An ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials, accounting principles, and end-to-end finance workflows, coupled with a strong desire to learn and thrive in a consulting setting.

Support functional aspects across Oracle Fusion Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses. Assist senior team members with configuration and functional tasks, and document finance business processes alongside Oracle Fusion functionality. You will also contribute to analyzing and resolving basic functional issues and participate in implementation and support activities.

Develop a solid grasp of General Ledger and accounting procedures, assisting with journals, ledgers, currencies, and Chart of Accounts. Support AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses activities, understanding P2P, O2C, and R2R processes. Aid in requirement gathering, process mapping, and basic analysis of business needs, ensuring alignment with Oracle Fusion capabilities. You will also play a role in testing, defect tracking, and support for cutover and post-go-live phases.

A foundational understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials, accounting concepts, and end-to-end finance processes is essential. Candidates should have 0-2 years of experience in finance, ERP, Oracle, or related functional/technical areas.

Key qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively within a team and consulting environment. Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation skills is also required. An academic background in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or IT is preferred, along with any prior exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud or other ERP systems.
