Join our Finance Transformation team as a Strategy & Operations Analyst. This full-time role is based in Bengaluru and focuses on driving innovation and growth through enterprise technology. You will play a crucial part in understanding client needs and implementing effective financial strategies.

This position is within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, contributing to our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice. We empower businesses to move beyond operational efficiency and embrace transformative solutions for sustained success.

Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with clients to grasp their business objectives and challenges, then working with cross-functional teams to deploy recommended strategies. You will manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth analyses of client requirements, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

Further duties involve assisting with business development by contributing to proposals and RFP responses. Effective stakeholder management, both internally and externally, is essential for building strong relationships and ensuring alignment. Collaboration within a dynamic team environment, actively participating in knowledge sharing and leveraging diverse perspectives for innovative solutions, is also vital.

We are seeking candidates who are CA Qualified (1st Attempt preferred) or hold an MBA from a premier institution, or possess equivalent certifications like CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA. Excellent academic performance in both undergraduate and graduate studies is expected.

Ideal candidates will have 0-2 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles, with post-qualification experience being a plus. Essential skills include the ability to challenge the status quo with well-structured arguments for change, outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, and a proactive approach to learning. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word) is required. Familiarity with digital finance technologies is an advantage. Willingness to travel as per project needs is also a requirement.
