Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications. Implement security and data protection best practices. Develop applications using industry-standard RDBMS/NoSQL Databases. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code, including unit test cases using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, and PyTest. Build applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Work comfortably within an Agile methodology, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and development.

Possess a strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL is essential. Experience with frameworks like React.js, Node.js, and FastAPI is highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is expected. A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and a willingness to learn and grow independently are key. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for collaborating effectively and presenting well-structured arguments for change and transformation. Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite is also required. Working knowledge of digital finance technologies is a plus. Willingness to travel for project needs is expected.
