As an Analyst in Forensics, you will conduct hands-on verification of education and employment certificates by directly contacting issuing institutions and employers. Your role involves authenticating academic and employment documents, identifying discrepancies, alterations, or forged records. You will also maintain structured verification records, documenting findings and source references in an audit-ready format, and adhere to established background verification processes and turnaround times.

To excel in this role, you should possess 1 to 5 years of experience in background verification processes, including source-level validation and turnaround timelines. A practical approach to problem-solving, collaborative abilities, and strong analytical skills are essential.
