This role is within the National Forensics team, specifically in Investigations & Compliance, based in Noida.

The Forensics & Integrity Services professionals at EY help organizations protect and restore their reputation by investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges. Key responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in systems and Excel, validating information and documents, and conducting verifications according to client guidelines. You will be responsible for following up with HR, institutes, colleges, or universities via calls or emails to close verifications. This also involves coordinating with various verification sources and updating internal databases to ensure timely closure of checks. Interpretation and development of quality assurance standards are also part of this role.

To excel in this role, a minimum of 2 years of experience in Background Verification (BGV) is required. Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, insightful, and solution-oriented approach to solving complex problems is essential. We are seeking individuals who are agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative, capable of maintaining positive energy in a dynamic environment. A Graduation or Post-Graduation is preferred.
