Maintain accurate system and Excel records for all tasks. Conduct thorough validation of information and documents, ensuring verification from sources align with client guidelines. Follow up with HR, institutes, colleges, and universities via calls or emails to close verification checks, and contact candidates for necessary information or documents. Coordinate with verification sources and update the internal database promptly. Ensure timely closure of verification checks and collaborate with other departments as needed. Interpret, comply with, and help develop quality assurance standards to uphold service excellence.

Possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation qualification. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Background Verification (BGV) is required.
