This role is part of the National Forensics team within Investigations & Compliance, based in Noida.

This role involves hands-on experience in background verification (BGV) document validation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards. You will be responsible for candidate calling and direct interaction to efficiently gather and verify essential information. Key duties include reviewing and validating supporting documents for completeness, authenticity, and consistency. A working knowledge of investigation and compliance processes within forensic services is expected, alongside strong communication for coordination and follow-up.

We are seeking individuals with 0 to 2+ years of experience in Background Verification Operations. A Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Bachelor of Business Administration, or Bachelor of Computer Applications is required. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
