The opportunity is for an Analyst within the National Forensics team, specifically focusing on Investigations & Compliance in Noida. This role is part of a sector-agnostic team offering well-rounded industry experience. EY Forensic & Integrity Services professionals safeguard and restore enterprise and financial reputations by assisting organizations and legal counsel with investigations, dispute resolution, and regulatory challenges, ensuring integrity at the heart of compliance programs.

Maintain accurate system records and ensure data integrity across verification workflows. Validate information and documents against client guidelines to support reliable background verification outcomes. Coordinate with HR, institutes, colleges, universities, and candidates to gather necessary information and closure inputs. Track, update, and manage internal databases efficiently to close verification checks within defined timelines. Analyze data and ensure compliance through detailed review and follow-up, adhering to strong quality assurance standards.

The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of prior Background Verification (BGV) experience. A Graduation or Post-Graduation degree is preferred. You should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
