Conduct hands-on background verification (BGV) document validation with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance. Efficiently gather and verify essential information through candidate calling and direct connect. Review and validate supporting documents for completeness, authenticity, and consistency. Apply working knowledge of investigation and compliance processes within a forensic services setting. Utilize strong communication skills for clear coordination during verification and follow-up activities.

To excel in this role, you need experience in Background Verification Operations, ranging from 0 to 2+ years. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Bachelor of Business Administration, or Bachelor of Computer Applications. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal mandates. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions, is crucial.
