You will be instrumental in assisting clients with due diligence, background checks, and reputational risk assessments. This involves meticulous information gathering on individuals and entities to identify potential red flags, thereby enabling clients to effectively manage integrity, reputation, and background risks.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Conducting desktop research using proprietary databases and secondary sources to gather essential information. - Identifying and analyzing various red flags associated with third-party relationships. - Applying knowledge of regulations such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act (UKBA), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) guidelines. - Collaborating effectively to provide services across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - Developing practical solutions for complex issues and delivering insightful recommendations.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce, Master of Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications. - Experience in research and report writing, ideally between 0-2 years. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong English communication skills. - An inclination for thorough desktop research and a keen eye for identifying red flags. - A proactive attitude, willingness to go the extra mile, and an agile, curious, and adaptable mindset.
