This role is for an Analyst within the National Forensics team, specializing in Investigations & Compliance in Gurgaon. The National division offers diverse, sector-agnostic experience across various industries.

The Forensics & Integrity Services team helps organizations safeguard their reputation by investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges. We assist companies and their legal counsel, placing integrity at the core of compliance programs to mitigate ethical and reputational risks. Our integrated approach focuses on enhancing areas of weakness and implementing robust solutions to restore financial and brand reputations, building trust in capital markets globally.

Examine financial documents to detect fraudulent activities and investigate complex financial transactions, producing comprehensive reports.

Conduct audits of financial transactions and account details to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed reports outlining audit findings and recommend solutions to management or relevant authorities.

Interview stakeholders to gather pertinent information and understand transaction contexts. Collaborate closely with legal teams for court proceedings and provide expert testimony.

Develop and implement effective forensic audit programs and control systems. Stay abreast of the latest auditing techniques, legal amendments, and maintain ethical conduct, safeguarding sensitive information.

Maintain meticulous records in system and Excel, validate information and documents, and ascertain verification from sources per client guidelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, an analytical mindset, and target-oriented focus are essential.

We seek individuals with a Graduate or Post Graduate qualification and 0-1 years of experience.
