This role within the National Forensic Investigations & Compliance team in Gurgaon plays a crucial part in safeguarding organizational reputation. We help companies and their legal counsel investigate facts, resolve disputes, and navigate regulatory challenges by embedding integrity into compliance programs and managing ethical and reputational risks.

Examine financial documents to detect fraudulent activities and investigate complex transactions, documenting findings meticulously. Conduct audits of financial transactions and account details to ensure adherence to laws and regulations, preparing detailed reports with proposed solutions. Interview individuals to gather critical information and understand transaction contexts, collaborating with legal teams for court proceedings and expert testimony.

Develop and implement effective forensic audit programs and control systems, staying abreast of the latest auditing techniques, legal changes, and best practices. Maintain accurate records in the system and Excel, validate information and documents, and ascertain verification from sources according to client guidelines. Demonstrate strong analytical skills, a target-oriented approach, and excellent written and verbal communication in English.
