As an Analyst, you will contribute to critical finance transformation programs, focusing on areas like ERP implementations, system migrations, and automation. Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS or local GAAP. Develop detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a monthly basis. Conduct thorough reconciliations across various ledgers and systems to ensure data accuracy. Perform balance sheet substantiation, including reviews of suspense accounts and intercompany transactions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to explain financial variances and present findings. Support departmental and business needs by creating weekly and monthly reports. Resolve transaction discrepancies by working closely with front office, risk, and operations teams.

Engage in finance transformation initiatives, such as ERP implementations and automation projects. Contribute to controls testing and the design and implementation of financial processes. Act as a Finance Change BA, leveraging experience in either SDLC or Agile methodologies. Document business requirements, articulating assumptions and data needs for large-scale transformation programs. Prepare test cases and execute testing, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and UAT.

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in financial statement preparation and analysis, proficient in IFRS or local GAAP. Proven experience in performing daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations is essential for ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in finance transformation programs and controls testing. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required for effectively conveying financial information and recommendations.

A graduate degree is required for this position. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is considered an advantage. Candidates must possess the ability to clearly document business requirements and articulate assumptions for complex transformation initiatives. Experience in test case preparation and execution, including various testing phases, is also a key requirement.
