Oversee the complete lifecycle of analyst research submissions, including the ISG Provider Lens. You will be responsible for reviewing RFI questionnaires, developing detailed project plans, and compiling all necessary documentation and responses.

Key duties involve ensuring the accuracy and completeness of submissions through rigorous quality checks. You will also coordinate with various internal departments, including business leaders, service line teams, and subject matter experts, to gather essential content and data. Providing timely status updates to all stakeholders is also a crucial aspect of this role.

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience is required, ideally in analyst relations, proposal management, RFP/RFI coordination, sales support, marketing operations, or similar project coordination roles. Demonstrated experience managing RFP, RFI, proposal, or bid-management processes is essential.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills are paramount. You must possess strong written and verbal communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams, geographies, and time zones. The capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, coupled with a sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, is vital. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and project-tracking platforms is expected.
