You will be instrumental in learning OTM functionality and business processes, providing implementation advice to clients. Key responsibilities include assisting in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.

Your role will also involve supporting production issues, resolving incidents, and managing enhancement requests. Preparing functional and technical documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and participating in system integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) are also core aspects.

Continuous learning of emerging Oracle Cloud and Supply Chain technologies is expected. You will also leverage AI tools to enhance productivity across various project phases, from documentation to solution development.

We are seeking motivated engineering or management graduates with a B.E./B.Tech in relevant fields or an MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Systems, or Business Analytics. The ideal candidate is a 2025/2026 graduate or a recent graduate with a strong academic record.

Essential qualifications include excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective verbal and written communication abilities. A genuine willingness to learn enterprise applications and supply chain business processes is crucial.

Preferred skills include basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or programming concepts, along with an understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP, or business processes. Exposure to Oracle Cloud, ERP, or enterprise applications is advantageous. Familiarity with APIs, XML, JSON, or integration concepts is a plus.

Candidates demonstrating curiosity and practical exposure to modern AI tools, including Generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot), prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding, and AI ethics, are highly preferred.
