This role focuses on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Techno-Functional consulting. You will collaborate with global clients to implement, configure, support, and enhance OTM solutions, driving improvements in logistics and supply chain operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop deep expertise in Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Cloud Technologies, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise consulting.

Learn and master Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionality, business processes, and best practices. Assist clients with requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Provide support for production issues, resolve incidents, and manage enhancement requests. Develop functional specifications, technical documentation, and user guides. Collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.

Participate in system integration, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Continuously expand your knowledge of emerging Oracle Cloud and Supply Chain technologies. Utilize AI tools to boost productivity in documentation, analysis, testing, and solution development.

We are seeking motivated engineering and management graduates with a strong academic record. A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is required. Alternatively, an MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Systems, or Business Analytics is acceptable.

Demonstrate excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities. Show a genuine willingness to learn enterprise applications and intricate supply chain business processes.

Preferred skills include basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or programming concepts. An understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP, or general business processes is advantageous. Prior exposure to Oracle Cloud, ERP, or other enterprise applications is desirable. Familiarity with APIs, XML, JSON, or integration concepts would be a significant plus.

Candidates with a demonstrated curiosity and practical exposure to modern AI tools and technologies are highly preferred. This includes effective use of Generative AI tools (like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude) for research and productivity, fundamental prompt engineering skills, AI-assisted coding and debugging, and an understanding of AI ethics and data privacy. An interest in automation, low-code/no-code platforms, and intelligent business solutions is also highly valued.
