Join our emerging ERP solutions team in Delhi as a D365 F&O Retail Analyst, focusing on development. You will be instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology.

Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail POS (MPOS/CPOS). You will also integrate POS systems with ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.

Develop extensions using ASP.NET, C#, Typescript, SQL, and the Commerce SDK, including migrating from the Retail SDK to the Commerce SDK. Provide L2/L3 technical support, perform upgrades, patches, and database optimizations.

Additionally, you will conduct user training sessions and create essential technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and performance reports.

We require 2-3 years of experience in Retail POS and .NET development, with a strong domain understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and its associated SDKs.

Essential technical skills include proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, and SQL Server. Experience with MPOS/CPOS, Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and payment connector customization is crucial.

Domain knowledge in retail operations such as inventory, billing, promotions, and CRM is expected. Excellent client communication, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills are also vital for success in this role.
