As a D365 F&O Functional Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and configuration of critical finance and accounting modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Your duties will include supporting processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Credit & Collections, Tax, and Fixed Assets. You will actively participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, user training, and go-live support, ensuring seamless project delivery. Collaboration with functional and technical teams is key, as is assisting with data migration, deployments, and system testing. You will also provide essential application support, resolve incidents, and perform defect analysis within SLA-driven engagements.

We are seeking an Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, specifically in a Finance Functional Analyst capacity. Essential experience includes working with core D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes. Familiarity with data migration, management, SIT/UAT testing, go-live, and production support is also required. The role demands experience with incident management and ticketing tools, along with the ability to prepare comprehensive functional documentation, test scripts, and user guides. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to identify and escalate risks, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for collaborating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
