As an Analyst, you will be integral to consulting teams, focusing on analyzing and refining business processes. Your work will involve managing process data, developing insightful process maps and dashboards, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and actively supporting client engagements.

Analyze and document diverse business processes across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain. Create detailed process maps using SAP Signavio Process Manager and support process mining initiatives with Signavio Process Intelligence. Examine process data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, rework loops, and key opportunities for improvement. Assist in preparing, validating, and integrating data for comprehensive process analysis. Develop impactful dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate process insights. Engage in client workshops to understand processes, gather requirements, and identify pain points. Support process improvement and implementation activities under the guidance of senior team members. Prepare essential project documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing and development.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is required. We welcome candidates with 0–2 years of experience, including freshers. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Demonstrate a foundational understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques. Experience with SAP, Signavio, Power BI, SQL, BPMN, process mining, or Lean/Six Sigma is considered an advantage. Exhibit excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and engage professionally in client-facing scenarios.
