Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reports and analyses, proactively communicating progress and potential issues to stakeholders and colleagues. Develop a comprehensive understanding of EY's reporting portfolio to provide robust support during team member absences. Accurately reconcile data from diverse sources and meticulously investigate variances to guarantee the consistency and precision of all reporting outputs.

Act as a trusted business advisor to finance and business stakeholders, building confidence through high-quality delivery and responsive support. Effectively manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting efficiency, data quality, automation, and overall stakeholder experience.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in professional services or other leading global organizations is essential for this role. We are looking for an Analyst with strong technical capabilities and a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and apply complex commercial finance concepts. The ideal candidate will possess a keen aptitude for commercial financial reporting and analysis, with the capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Key technical skills include designing and developing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis, interpreting complex SQL queries, and strong proficiency in developing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI. Extensive Excel skills, including complex formulas, data modeling, and automation, are also crucial. Experience with large financial and operational datasets and an understanding of financial concepts such as Wins, Pipeline, Backlog, Revenue, and Margin are required. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, customer-focused approach are vital for success.
