Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality client engagements and meticulously reviewing working papers. You will identify opportunities for improving client service and engagement productivity.

Understand critical business and industry trends to pinpoint areas for process enhancement. Effectively manage data analytics using tools like Access and ACL, ensuring strict adherence to engagement plans and internal quality assurance procedures.

Maintain awareness of internal auditing standards from IIA and ICAI, employing a problem-solving approach. Manage engagement budgets, support marketing collateral development, and contribute to new solution creation. Develop robust client relationships and mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing within the practice.

To excel in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional quality in delivered work and proactively identify engagement risks. Establish strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Assist colleagues by sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of new methodologies and internal initiatives. Focus on complex and specialized issues, working collaboratively to achieve engagement objectives and advise clients on managing business risks.

Brief the engagement team on the client's internal audit environment and industry trends. Maintain client expectations regarding service delivery, work products, and timelines. Possess a thorough understanding of compliance, financial, and operational risks, performing internal control testing and developing internal audit plans.
