Key responsibilities include conducting thorough site-level reviews of contractor RA bills, measurement sheets, and BOQ quantities. You will verify executed work against approved drawings, measurement records, and actual site progress, performing site checks to ensure quality and quantity. Reviewing quality records such as inspection reports, test reports, and NCR closures is crucial. Additionally, you'll check executed work against specifications and applicable quality requirements, identifying and tracking discrepancies. Assisting in material reconciliation, supporting contractor invoice reviews, and maintaining organized records of all documentation are also key aspects of this role.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. We are looking for candidates with beginner-level experience who demonstrate an ability to collaborate across departments while adhering to commercial and legal guidelines. A practical, problem-solving approach with the capacity to deliver insightful solutions is essential.
