Develop a strong understanding of risk and process control concepts within a business consulting framework. Assess business processes to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance risks. Analyze operational data, document process flows, and articulate risks and control activities. Support risk advisory engagements with structured problem-solving and robust analytical methods. Prepare clear, accurate deliverables and contribute to process and controls assessments across various client environments.
