This role focuses on the Financial Services sector, specifically within Business Consulting, Risk, Process & Controls, based in Mumbai.

Conduct comprehensive internal audit (IA) processes, including risk assessment and control testing. Evaluate business processes to identify control gaps, design weaknesses, and compliance risks. Perform process and controls reviews through document analysis, walkthroughs, and validation. Apply consulting frameworks to assess operational risk and enhance governance and control environments. Engage in risk-focused advisory services within financial services and process control functions.

A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is required. Demonstrated understanding of internal audit (IA) concepts, risk assessment, and control testing methodologies. Experience in evaluating business processes, identifying control gaps, and assessing compliance risks. Proficiency in consulting frameworks for operational risk assessment and control strengthening. Hands-on experience in risk advisory engagements within the financial services industry.
