Join our advisory risk services team to offer clients a comprehensive view of their risk landscape. Your role will involve supporting clients in enhancing confidence with customers, the market, and regulatory bodies. This position focuses on delivering client engagements in areas such as governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, process improvements, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, and revenue assurance.

Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality client engagement delivery, reviewing work, and identifying opportunities for service enhancement. You will analyze business and industry trends to pinpoint areas for process improvement and develop client recommendations. This role involves data analytics using tools like Access and ACL, maintaining compliance with engagement plans, and adhering to internal quality standards. You'll also demonstrate problem-solving skills, manage engagement budgets, develop marketing materials, and contribute to new solution development. Building strong client relationships, mentoring interns, and contributing to knowledge management are also vital aspects of this position.

To succeed in this role, you will need to deliver high-quality work, proactively identify and escalate engagement risks, and foster strong client and internal relationships. Collaboration with team members is essential for developing new methodologies and addressing complex issues. Creating engagement plans and strategies aligned with professional standards, advising clients on risk management, and verifying business information are expected. You should be able to brief teams on client environments and industry trends, manage client expectations, and demonstrate a solid understanding of financial, operational, and compliance risks. Assessing internal controls, the SOX framework, and applying them to client situations are critical. A background in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit with 0-1 year of post-qualification experience is required. A Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, or Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred. Availability for significant travel and working extended hours when necessary is also a requirement.
