As an Analyst in Business Consulting, your primary responsibilities will involve contributing to technical excellence through thorough research and analysis. You will conduct primary and secondary research on social sector themes, CSR trends, government schemes, and development sector issues, while gathering, cleaning, and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data.

Your role will also include supporting benchmarking studies, landscape assessments, and needs assessments. You'll track sector developments, policy changes, and emerging best practices. Additionally, you will provide project support by assisting in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and dashboards, and documenting stakeholder mapping and consultations.

Furthermore, you will help maintain project trackers, databases, and working files, while assisting in monitoring project timelines and deliverable schedules. You will also support the development of MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries, and compile/validate information from implementation partners and clients, contributing to impact assessment and M&E engagements.

To be considered for this role, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Public Policy, Sustainability, or Business Administration is required. While prior internship or project experience in CSR, NGOs, social enterprises, development consulting, or sustainability is desirable, it is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for aspiring professionals.
