Develop and optimize tools to quantify Mastercard’s service value during the pre-sales process, enabling effective customer communication.

Manage and analyze large datasets using SQL and other database systems, performing statistical analysis to uncover trends and inform strategic decisions.

Create insightful dashboards and reports with business intelligence platforms like Tableau or Power BI, generating actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Integrate AI and advanced analytics into pre-sales tools to enhance customer engagement and support business outcomes.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to understand needs and ensure successful tool deployment. Present insights and tool value to senior leadership to drive adoption.

Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, with experience in business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.

Knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms, and familiarity with programming languages like Python or R.

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data visualization, for building analytical tools.

Experience with database management systems and strong SQL skills for data querying.
