Lead comprehensive Order Management System (OMS) implementations, enhancements, and production support. Develop solution strategies that align with key business and operational objectives.

Effectively manage project delivery, including timelines, risk mitigation, and resource allocation. Collaborate closely with Business, Product, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to deliver robust and scalable OMS solutions.

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and release management. Drive proactive production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement continuous process improvements.

Uphold SDLC, Agile practices, governance frameworks, and quality standards throughout project execution. Mentor and guide teams of analysts and consultants, fostering their technical and functional development. Provide clear and timely project status updates to executive-level stakeholders.

A strong command of Order Management Systems (OMS) and the complete order lifecycle is essential, including proficiency in Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Shipping, Returns, Pricing, and System Integrations.

Demonstrated expertise in REST APIs, SQL, JSON/XML, Jira, Confluence, and API Testing concepts. Prior experience managing large-scale OMS implementation and transformation programs is crucial.

Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making abilities are required. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field is necessary.

Experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain domains, coupled with proven team and project leadership is vital. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies is expected. Experience with specific OMS platforms like IBM Sterling, Manhattan, Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is advantageous.

Exposure to cloud-based OMS platforms, Azure integrations, enterprise application ecosystems, and digital transformation initiatives is beneficial. While not mandatory, experience in delivery governance, vendor management, and client-facing engagements is highly desirable.
