We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and enhance our Order Management Systems (OMS) and support critical business operations. If you are passionate about technology, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this position is for you.

Lead comprehensive OMS implementation, enhancement, and production support projects. Define strategic solutions aligned with business and operational objectives. Oversee project delivery, including timelines, risk mitigation, and resource allocation. Collaborate closely with Business, Product, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to build scalable OMS solutions. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and release. Drive effective production support, incident management, and root cause analysis, focusing on continuous process improvement. Ensure strict adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, governance protocols, and quality standards. Mentor and guide teams of analysts and consultants, promoting both technical and functional growth. Provide regular, clear project status updates and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

Possess strong expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and managing the end-to-end order lifecycle. Demonstrate experience with Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Shipping, Returns, Pricing, and System Integrations. Exhibit a solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL, JSON/XML, Jira, Confluence, and API Testing principles. Have experience in managing large-scale OMS implementation and transformation programs. Showcase excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making abilities. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Possess experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain domains, with a proven track record of leading teams and projects. Have experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies. Familiarity with cloud-based OMS platforms, Azure integrations, enterprise application ecosystems, and digital transformation initiatives is beneficial. Exposure to delivery governance, vendor management, and client-facing engagements is highly desirable.
