You will lead comprehensive OMS implementation, enhancement, and production support initiatives, defining solution strategies that align with key business and operational objectives. This involves adept project delivery, including meticulous management of timelines, risks, and resources.

Collaboration is key, as you'll partner with Business, Product, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to build scalable OMS solutions. Your oversight will span requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, and release management. Additionally, you will drive robust production support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and champion continuous process improvements to ensure operational excellence.

We are looking for candidates with substantial expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and a deep understanding of the end-to-end order lifecycle. Essential skills include experience with Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Shipping, Returns, Pricing, and System Integrations, alongside a strong grasp of REST APIs, SQL, JSON/XML, Jira, and Confluence.

Proven experience leading large-scale OMS implementation and transformation programs is vital. You should possess excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business is required, coupled with 10–14 years of experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain domains, demonstrating successful team and project leadership. Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC methodologies, and familiarity with various OMS platforms (IBM Sterling, Manhattan, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce) are also critical.
