Join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team as an Analyst in AMS Support & Delivery. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and long-term growth by ensuring our enterprise technology acts as a powerful engine for functional excellence.

This position focuses on leading end-to-end Order Management System (OMS) implementation, enhancement, and production support initiatives. You will define solution strategies that align with overarching business and operational objectives, ensuring successful project delivery.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and optimizing resource allocation. You will collaborate closely with Business, Product, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to architect and deploy scalable OMS solutions. This includes overseeing requirements gathering, solution design, rigorous testing, seamless deployment, and effective release management.

Lead comprehensive OMS implementation, enhancement, and production support projects. Define and execute solution strategies to meet business and operational goals. Manage project delivery, including timelines, risk assessment, and resource planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Development, QA, Infrastructure) to deliver robust OMS solutions. Oversee the entire lifecycle from requirements and design to testing, deployment, and release management. Drive production support activities, including incident management and root cause analysis. Champion continuous process improvements to optimize OMS performance. Ensure strict adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, governance, and quality standards. Mentor and guide teams of analysts and consultants, promoting their technical and functional development. Communicate project status effectively to executive-level stakeholders.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. Demonstrate strong expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and the complete order lifecycle. Possess experience with Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Shipping, Returns, Pricing, and system integrations. Exhibit a solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL, JSON/XML, Jira, Confluence, and API testing. Proven experience managing large-scale OMS implementation and transformation programs. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making capabilities are essential. Experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain domains, with a track record of leading teams and projects. Proficiency in delivering projects using Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies. Familiarity with platforms such as IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan OMS, Oracle OMS, SAP Order Management, or Salesforce OMS is highly beneficial. Experience with cloud-based OMS, Azure integrations, enterprise application ecosystems, and digital transformation initiatives is advantageous. Exposure to delivery governance, vendor management, and client-facing engagements is highly desirable.
