Join our dynamic team as an AI/ML Analyst in Chennai. This role is crucial for driving AI Insights and Engagement within our Artificial Intelligence & Data division. You will leverage cutting-edge machine learning and AI techniques to extract valuable insights and build intelligent solutions.

Develop and implement machine learning models using libraries like Scikit-learn and XGBoost for classification, regression, and anomaly detection.

Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including text embeddings and LLMs, to understand and process textual data.

Conduct comprehensive data analysis and statistical modeling, including hypothesis testing and A/B testing.

Design and maintain ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity, utilizing platforms like Snowflake and PySpark.

A strong foundation in Machine Learning, including experience with Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Classification, Regression, Feature Engineering, Anomaly Detection, and Predictive Modeling.

Proficiency in AI and NLP concepts such as Text Embeddings, Semantic Similarity, LLMs, and Explainable AI (SHAP).

Expertise in Data Analysis and Statistics with tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Excel, including Statistical Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, and A/B Testing.

Familiarity with Data Engineering and Platforms, including ETL Pipelines, Data Validation, Snowflake, PySpark, AWS, and Git/GitHub.

Experience with Visualization & BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and a talent for Data Storytelling and Dashboard Development.
