As an Analog Layout Engineer, you will be expected to operate independently and develop into a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are essential. You will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to work-related challenges.
Collaborate closely with design and verification teams to ensure the accuracy and adherence of layouts to specifications. Maintain comprehensive documentation and update design records to facilitate manufacturing and testing processes. Support junior team members by sharing your expertise and guiding them on best practices for layout design. Continuously evaluate and refine existing layout methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and quality.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Memory Design. A strong foundation in analog circuit layout principles, including component placement and routing techniques, is vital. You should have practical experience in mitigating parasitic effects and ensuring robust signal integrity within analog layouts. Familiarity with effective power distribution strategies to optimize circuit performance and reliability is expected. The ability to utilize layout verification tools to confirm compliance with both electrical and manufacturing standards is crucial.
Candidates must possess skilled experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating design and manufacturing considerations seamlessly. A prerequisite of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory for this role.
