A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Analog Layout Design is mandatory. A strong understanding of parasitic extraction and its impact on circuit performance is essential. Proficiency with layout verification tools and design rule checking processes is required.

Demonstrated ability to optimize power distribution networks within analog layouts is necessary. Familiarity with signal integrity challenges and effective mitigation techniques for noise and interference is expected. The ability to collaborate effectively with circuit designers and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility is crucial. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
